"They say that you can’t do everything. That’s because they’ve never met Minea. Minea became my life coach, sponsor, spirit guide, therapist, and my friend. She worked with me for six months and we still talk to this day.
When we first started working together, I was going through a time of questioning my purpose as well as who I am. Furthermore, I was needing to mend some relationships.
Minea was instrumental in my personal growth as far as learning to take responsibility for everything in my life. Also, she helped me find my gifts on the inside of myself, and then illuminate them into the outside world.
Minea would have me visualize my gifts of communication and helping others. Then, she would ask me, “How that would look in the outside world?” By doing this exercise, she helped me bring my goals of teaching and helping others into reality. Not only was I creating a new relationship with myself, but I also began to create a new relationship with others.
I began to allow people to be who they are, and see that each did the very best they could in that moment. This helped me learn to forgive others as well as myself.
